Your Companion

The whole weekend in your pocket: every artist, the full three‑day program, the floor plans, the panels, where to eat, and what to expect — with an itinerary you build yourself as you go.

Free. No app store, no account, no download.

Why keep it on your phone
Three days · One screen

i

Build your own itinerary

Tap “Add to Itinerary” on anything — a panel, a performance, the workshop — and it collects into one list you can check on the day, in order, with times.

ii

It works when the signal doesn't

Once it has loaded, the Companion keeps working on a crowded floor with weak reception. Saving it beforehand means you are not hunting for a program while standing in a gallery.

iii

It updates itself

Times shift, rooms get confirmed, details get added. The Companion refreshes quietly on your phone — there is nothing to reinstall and no new link to find.

iv

Everyone, in one place

Every exhibiting artist with their work and their links, the keynote and both Saturday panels, the performers, and the chef — without switching between tabs.

v

Find your way

Real floor plans for both spaces — The Annex and Studio 500 — the door to walk through, and the trains that get you there.

vi

Before, during, and after

Where to stay, where to eat nearby, what to expect before you arrive — and the advocacy organizations and support groups to take home with you.

Takes about ten seconds

iPhone & iPad

Safari

  1. Open the Companion in Safari. This does not work from inside Instagram — if you tapped a link there, choose Open in Safari first.
  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add in the top right. The FLARE icon appears with your apps.

Android

Chrome

  1. Open the Companion in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top right.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen, or Install app if it is offered.
  4. Confirm. The FLARE icon appears with your apps.

Opened from the home screen, the Companion fills the whole screen with no browser bars — and it remembers the itinerary you built.

Open it before you come.
